Ed Pfenninger is our experienced racquet stringer. He provides fast and reliable service. For Oakmont members, the charge to string a standard tennis racquet is only $15, plus the cost of the string. For non-members, the fee is $20, plus the cost of the string.

The price of most strings is approximately $10, but the amount can vary greatly depending on the brand and type of string. If you’re not sure what type of string to use, Ed can suggest the best string to complement your game. He will accordingly adjust the tension, too.
